Registration In order to use the Database, you must register your pet's microchip with us. You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.By placing an order with us for the pet microchip database services, you acknowledge and agree that when a microchip is searched and your pet's information is accessed, your name and phone number may be released to the person or organization performing the search. You understand and accept that this is necessary to reunite you with your lost or stolen pet, and you waive any claims or damages that may arise from such disclosure of your personal information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and up-to-date, and to notify us of any changes. We will not be liable for any losses or damages that may arise from inaccurate or outdated contact information.
Use of the Database The Database is provided solely for the purpose of reuniting lost pets with their owners. You may use the Database to search for lost pets or to report a lost pet. You may not use the Database for any other purpose without our express written permission.
